Set password minimum duration for Passwordsafe local users
Accordin to information security best practice, in order to avoid massive password rotation for local users password, there should be the option to set a minimum duration for the password (e.g. 1 day).
This setting help to prevent the local users can change the password too soon, e.g. just after one minute later than last password set. If this is possible one user can rotate its password to have back the original one after many changes (e.g. if only last 3 previous password have been saved with 4 changes he can get it back). A simple measure to prevent this is the option of minimum duration of password (ideally 1 day).
